“In this fable, a group of mice devises a clever plan to protect themselves from a menacing cat. They decide that putting a bell around the cat’s neck would alert them to its presence, allowing them to escape. While the idea seems perfect, no mouse is willing to take on the dangerous task of actually placing the bell on the cat. The story illustrates that having a good idea is not enough if there is no one willing to take action, and it highlights the difference between planning and doing.”
